It has been 2 months since recreational use of marijuana has been legal and weed growers have not made much efforts to acquire a weed license. Some people may be thinking its because they are high and lazy but, little do they know, it is very expensive to obtain a license. In addition, getting a license raises the prices because dispensaries would have to start following strict government tax rules. Not I know much about dispensaries and marijuana, the dispensaries that are unlicensed always have the better deals. These are considered black market dispensaries because they are not taxing people or paying taxes themselves. It is an interesting problem, because licensing these dispensaries was the reason it became legal and now that it legal people still seem to want to avoid following the rules.
