It is one thing to have art that is criminal, but a completely different thing to have a criminal create art. Adolf Hitler, leader of the Nazi Germany party was an artist. He tried to get into art school, and applied twice to The Academy of Fine Arts Vienna and was rejected both times. He was told by the director that he would be better suited for architecture than for painting, because of the very architectural nature in the majority of his paintings.
